- Create a new blogger account associated with a new email id
- Register a New Blog
- Log on to dashboard
- Below u can see READING LIST Tab
- Click BLOGS I AM FOLLOWING
- You Can see a Add Button Below that Tab
- Click That
- Enter The URL Of the Deleted Blog For the Reason of Spam
- Now You can See The name Of the deleted blog in the BLOGS I AM FOLLOWING TAB
- Click On That Blog
- Now Click VIEW IN GOOGLE READER in the Corner
You can now see your deleted blog Posts ,So copy that and Paste in your new blog
